<p>Lynnwood&nbsp;is a city in&nbsp;Snohomish County, Washington, United States. The city is part of the&nbsp;Seattle metropolitan area&nbsp;and is located 16 miles (26&nbsp;km) north of&nbsp;Seattle&nbsp;and 13 miles (21&nbsp;km) south of&nbsp;Everett, near the junction of&nbsp;Interstate 5&nbsp;and&nbsp;Interstate 405. It is the fourth-largest city in Snohomish County, with a population of 35,836 in the&nbsp;2010 U.S. census.</p>
<p>Lynnwood is a&nbsp;suburban&nbsp;bedroom community&nbsp;for Seattle, Everett and&nbsp;Bellevue. It has one of the largest concentrations of retailers in the region, anchored by the&nbsp;Alderwood Mall&nbsp;and businesses along major streets. The city also has a&nbsp;community college, a&nbsp;convention center, and a major&nbsp;transit center, located in the developing&nbsp;city center.</p>
<p>The Lynnwood area was logged and settled by&nbsp;homesteaders&nbsp;in the late 19th century and early 20th century, including the development of&nbsp;Alderwood Manor&nbsp;as a planned farming community. Lynnwood, named for the wife of a realtor, emerged in the late 1940s around the intersection of&nbsp;Highway 99&nbsp;and 196th Street Southwest. The city was&nbsp;incorporated&nbsp;on April 23, 1959, and grew into a suburban hub in the years following the completion of Interstate 5 and Interstate 405. Alderwood Mall opened in 1979 and spurred the transformation of eastern Lynnwood into a retail and office district.</p>

<p>Edmonds is a city in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. It is located in the southwest corner of the county, facing Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains to the west. The city is part of the Seattle metropolitan area and is located 15 miles (24 km) north of Seattle and 18 miles (29 km) southwest of Everett. With a population of 39,709 residents in the 2010 U.S. census, Edmonds is the third most populous city in the county. The estimated population in 2019 was 42,605. Edmonds was established in 1876 by logger George Brackett, who bought the land claim of an earlier settler. It was incorporated as a city in 1890, shortly before the arrival of the Great Northern Railway. Early residents of the city were employed by the shingle mills and logging companies that operated in the area until the 1950s. The hills surrounding Edmonds were developed into suburban bedroom communities in the mid-to-late 20th century and subsequently annexed into the city. Edmonds is a regional hub for the arts, with museums, specialized facilities, and major annual festivals within the city's downtown area. The city is connected to nearby areas by two state highways and the state ferry system, which operates a ferry route to Kingston on the Kitsap Peninsula. Public transit service in Edmonds is centered around the downtown train station, served by Amtrak and Sounder commuter trains, and includes several Community Transit bus routes that travel through outlying neighborhoods.</p>

<p>Mill Creek is a city in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. It is located between the cities of Everett and Lynnwood, approximately 20 miles (32 km) northeast of Seattle. The city has a population of 18,244 as of the 2010 census, and is estimated to have over 20,000 residents as of 2018. The city lies along State Route 527 and North Creek, a tributary of the Sammamish River, on the east side of Interstate 5. The city is one of the wealthiest suburbs in the Seattle metropolitan area and was originally a planned community conceived in the 1970s. The planned development was centered around a country club and golf course, with other development occurring nearby in later phases. It was incorporated as a city in 1983, shortly after the completion of the first phase of development, and underwent major population growth due to continued suburban development and annexation of nearby areas. The city's downtown area is centered around the Mill Creek Town Center, a mixed-use lifestyle center and retail complex that opened in 2004.</p>

<p>Everett is the county seat of and the largest city in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. It is 25 miles (40 km) north of Seattle and is one of the main cities in the metropolitan area and the Puget Sound region. Everett is the seventh-largest city in the state by population, with 103,019 residents at the 2010 census. The city is primarily situated on a peninsula at the mouth of the Snohomish River along Port Gardner Bay, an inlet of Possession Sound (itself part of Puget Sound), and extends to the south and west. The Port Gardner Peninsula was historically inhabited by the Snohomish people, who had a winter village named Hibulb near the mouth of the river. Modern settlement in the area began with loggers and homesteaders arriving in the 1860s, but plans to build a city were not conceived until 1890. A consortium of East Coast investors seeking to build a major industrial city acquired land in the area and filed a plat for "Everett", which they named in honor of Everett Colby, the son of investor Charles L. Colby. The city was incorporated in 1893, shortly after the arrival of the Great Northern Railway, and prospered as a major lumber center with several large sawmills. Everett became the county seat in 1897 after a dispute with Snohomish contested over several elections and a Supreme Court case. The city was the site of labor unrest during the 1910s, which culminated in the Everett massacre in 1916 that killed several members of the Industrial Workers of the World. The area was connected by new interurban railways and highway bridges in the 1920s, transforming it into a major commercial hub, and gained an airport at Paine Field in 1936. The city's economy transitioned away from lumber and towards aerospace after World War II, with the construction of Boeing's aircraft assembly plant at Paine Field in 1967. Boeing's presence brought additional industrial and commercial development to Everett, as well as new residential neighborhoods to the south and west of the peninsula that was annexed by the city. Boeing remains the city's largest employer, alongside the U.S. Navy, which has operated Naval Station Everett since 1994. Everett remains a major employment center for Snohomish County, but has also become a bedroom community for Seattle in recent decades. It is connected to Seattle by Interstate 5 and various public transit services at Everett Station, including the Sounder commuter train, Amtrak, and commuter buses. Everett stages several annual festivals and is also home to minor league sports teams, including the Everett Silvertips at Angel of the Winds Arena.</p>

<p>Seattle, a city on Puget Sound in the Pacific Northwest, is surrounded by water, mountains and evergreen forests, and contains thousands of acres of parkland. Washington State&rsquo;s largest city, it&rsquo;s home to a large tech industry, with Microsoft and Amazon headquartered in its metropolitan area. The futuristic Space Needle, a 1962 World&rsquo;s Fair legacy, is its most iconic landmark.</p>
<p>Seattle has a history of boom-and-bust cycles, like many other cities near areas of extensive natural and mineral resources. Seattle has risen several times economically, then gone into precipitous decline, but it has typically used those periods to rebuild solid infrastructure.</p>
<p>The first such boom, covering the early years of the city, rode on the lumber industry. During this period the road now known as Yesler Way won the nickname "Skid Road," supposedly after the timber skidding down the hill to Henry Yesler's sawmill. The later dereliction of the area may be a possible origin for the term which later entered the wider American lexicon as Skid Row. Like much of the American West, Seattle saw numerous conflicts between labor and management, as well as ethnic tensions that culminated in the anti-Chinese riots of 1885&ndash;1886. This violence originated with unemployed whites who were determined to drive the Chinese from Seattle (anti-Chinese riots also occurred in Tacoma). In 1900, Asians were 4.2% of the population. Authorities declared martial law and federal troops arrived to put down the disorder.</p>
<p>Seattle had achieved sufficient economic success that when the Great Seattle Fire of 1889 destroyed the central business district, a far grander city-center rapidly emerged in its place. Finance company Washington Mutual, for example, was founded in the immediate wake of the fire. However, the Panic of 1893 hit Seattle hard.</p>

<p>Shoreline is a city in King County, Washington, United States. It is located between the city limits of Seattle and the Snohomish County border, approximately 9 miles (14 km) north of Downtown Seattle. As of the 2010 census, the population of Shoreline was 53,007, making it the 20th largest city in the state; by 2019, the population had risen to an estimated 57,027. Based on per capita income, one of the more reliable measures of affluence, Shoreline ranks 91st of 522 areas in the state of Washington to be ranked.</p>

She has sourced information from the city, neighbors, subject matter experts, etc.  She provides  marketing analysis and other types of tools that help make an educated decision.5) She does not force her personal opinions on people.  Even if the house is a pile of junk, Aimee will never say anything bad about it. 6)  She is very experienced in many different types of listings in different areas.  Whether it's a condo, house, vacant land, or commercial listing.  Many agents have a "specialty"  -- Aimee's specialty is EVERYTHING.7)  She is patient.  I really value this because I don't like feeling pushed to buy immediately.  She took the time to find out my needs and understood exactly what I'm looking for.  When I first started shopping my prices also weren't realistic, Aimee never gave me any trouble about that.8)  If a deal is going south,  Aimee will do everything she can to close the deal.  Whether its an unresponsive bank agent, an un-flexible seller, or financing issues -- she always seems to come through with an "out of the box" solution and overcomes objections. I normally don't leave review's, but this one is well deserved because of her exemplary service.  She went above and beyond our expectations.  I hope you find her as awesome as we did!!

Aimee impressed me with her desire to find a home for me that would meet my needs.  We looked at houses (which was what I wanted) but finances made that difficult.  Not only was she patient with me but I always had the sense that her time was mine.

My wife and I just worked with Aimee to purchase our first home and we were very pleased with our experience! Aimee did an excellent job sending us houses for us to consider and also booking appointments to tour houses with us.

Summer was ending, schools starting, and we felt we were running out of time to sell our house. So, we asked Aimee Anthony to help. We first met her at another open house and were impressed by her personality, manner, knowledge of the local housing market and general expertise. We soon found out that she really did know her stuff as she quickly got us into the multiple listings and gave us good advice about decorating and staging. Aimee was the perfect agent for us. My husband and I had been searching for months for the perfect condo.... attending many open houses and searching for private sales.
