Aimee did an excellent job sending us houses for us to consider and also booking appointments to tour houses with us. At one point we decided to change the region for our house search to almost an hour from Aimee’s office and she gladly stuck with us and showed us houses on several different days in that new region. Aimee did a great job of talking with us about the pros and cons of each property we viewed and was available after normal business hours and on weekends. When it came to putting in the offer on our house, Aimee did an incredible job of building a relationship with the seller’s agent and ultimately the sellers which was a key reason why we won the offer over the other 15 that were reviewed! Aimee is a great agent. She has a great personality, a good listener, and I believe a great representative for her clients. In addition to her real estate knowledge, she is a go getter - an example of that - I was in the market for a vacation property and she quickly put together a list that was within my budget, east of the mountains. She went above and beyond when I was in the area to look at the listings and sat down with a local phone book and went through local inspectors calling each one on a busy weekend and was able to get an inspection done that same day. if that isn't going the extra mile I don't know what is!! She also often shows up to appointments same day or within a few hours if needed.4) She will "dig" for information on properties and listings. She has sourced information from the city, neighbors, subject matter experts, etc. She provides marketing analysis and other types of tools that help make an educated decision.5) She does not force her personal opinions on people. Even if the house is a pile of junk, Aimee will never say anything bad about it. 6) She is very experienced in many different types of listings in different areas. Whether it's a condo, house, vacant land, or commercial listing. Many agents have a "specialty" -- Aimee's specialty is EVERYTHING.7) She is patient. I really value this because I don't like feeling pushed to buy immediately. She took the time to find out my needs and understood exactly what I'm looking for. When I first started shopping my prices also weren't realistic, Aimee never gave me any trouble about that.8) If a deal is going south, Aimee will do everything she can to close the deal. Whether its an unresponsive bank agent, an un-flexible seller, or financing issues -- she always seems to come through with an "out of the box" solution and overcomes objections.
